A man and woman happily married have their first argument and the man goes to a temple to gather his thoughts. He discovers something magical about the temple and finds his assumptions were very wrong.

This story comes from India. We might guess that the temple might one to celebrate and worship Hanuman, the monkey from the Ramayana.

This album was released in 2012, and garnered a Gold Award from Parent’s Choice. This album was recorded for those people who grew up with his first two recordings, and so are meant for a slightly older audience of 8 and up. There is one story which seemed fine for Simon’s 5 year old daughter, but not so fine for his 10 year old son (at the time). Both love the story now they are grown up. The story “The Piper’s Revenge” is a creepy one. The music which wraps itself around the stories is “The Waltz at the Edge of the World” written by Rachel Clark, and gifted to Simon, and a traditional piece called “Cold Snap” which seemed appropriate for “The Piper’s Revenge!
