Simon Brooks returns to share stories from Ireland with the Legends and Lore Storytelling Series at Rambling House/TaleSpinner in Nashua, New Hampshire.

Traditional stories from Ireland and the most wonderful meals and drinks in New Hampshire. With a menu to die for, and a brewery as close to ‘real’ British beer as you can get and an ever changing cocktail menu, this will be a fantastic and fun evening.

Simon Brooks will be your seanchaí for the evening. A seanchaí (shan-a-key) is a storyteller tasked with keeping alive the Irish myths, folklore, and legends that inspire a people. In ancient Ireland, the seanchaí was held in high esteem and would regularly attract large crowds to hear the long-form poems and tales they had to tell. The Irish hold a great appreciation for the spoken word and Simon will be sure to keep you entertained with tales you may know, and some you may not!
