Simon Brooks will be telling stories for the Dunbar Public Library at the Grantham Town Hall (this is the cnew venue) on Saturday, 1st August, 2026. Stories might be about farmers who bargain and battle with boggarts; Toad, Rooster and Grasshopper who reestablish a farm, and sadly fall out; and there maybe be one of Simon’s signature stories: The Goat from the Hills & the Mountains amongst other tales he tells.

The event and stories start promptly at 1 pm and end at 2 pm.
